Do not give up
You can return the purchased product without opening its packaging within (14) days from the delivery date of delivery. Before returning the product, please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your invoice number and order number, stating the reason for the return. As soon as our company receives the e-mail you have sent, it will contact you and inform you how to return the product. It must be sent back together with the product in the invoice issued in your name. The returned product is another product or the product price is refunded to your credit card.
II. Products Damaged During Transport
The products you see during transportation should not be received and a report regarding transportation and transportation should be kept. Small dents should not be returned in the box, in the package so as not to damage the product. However, it will be deemed that the party has fulfilled its duty of the transport company after the delivery. After the damage report of the unacceptable product is delivered to our store, our store will deliver the new one to you in the healthiest way as soon as possible.
III. Faulty Products
Please send the e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to firstname.lastname@example.org by stating the errors of the faulty products in the application that cannot be detected during communication.
